These units do not have a kitchen or bathroom, which may require a permit. Most Studio Cabins & Bunkies that are sold are not insulated and are sold in kit form, requiring assembly after delivery. Our Studio Cabins are completed, assembled and insulated. We offer both Container Studio Cabins and Tiny Home style Studios.

No. Our Studio Cabins are delivered turn-key.
These are delivered by flatbed or slide-off trailer, along with crane and forklift placement.
Compacted gravel, concrete slab and piers are popular. We also carry 15" x 15" and 20" x 20" concrete pads that can be used for placement.
The Studio Cabin unit has an exterior to interior pass-through port in the event you wish to run an extension cord to the unit for electrical power. There is also an electrical option we offer, that outfits the unit with lighting and receptacles for customers in zoning jurisdictions that allow electrical in the unit.
The unit can be ventilated by opening the windows and entry door. It is also outfitted with an adjustable passive ventilation system to provide fresh air and ventilation to the unit when it is not in use. These vents are not installed on models with the mini-split option.
