Use our "Will Call" Build Option. You will have up to 90 days to notify us to start your build. Your purchase price will be locked in for up to 90 days.
If you are not planning on using your RV Certified Tiny Home as an ADU/Granny Flat, you likely do not need a permit to place your tiny home in your backyard. Most jurisdictions allow you to store an RV on your property. Some jurisdictions may not allow you to live in your RV full time while it is stored on your property. Contact your local planning and zoning for information.
A: Our current lead time for build to order homes as of August 1, 2024, is approximately 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the model. You can also contact us if you need quicker delivery or later delivery of your home.
A: Our homes can be ordered on our website in the "Buy Now" section, or you can contact us by email or phone to help you decide on your options and final pricing. A purchase agreement will be sent to you via DocuSign. We will stay in contact with you during the build process and give you ample notice of the scheduled dates, including your start date and actual completion date.
B: Deposit schedule and progress payments
You will have (3) progress payments, due at various times during the process. Special order upgrades may require payment in full for the upgrade or specialty item.
A: Yes, please check the Financing page of our website for more information from various lenders, You should also check with your bank or credit union to see what options are available for personal loans (unsecured).
A: Even though material and labor costs can fluctuate which could cause an increase in our prices listed on the website, if you have placed your deposit and are on our build schedule, your price is locked in.
A: We only use "one trip" containers for our container homes, which are basically in brand new condition, extraordinarily strong and of the highest quality.
A: Concrete slab, pier foundations and gravel pads are recommended. See the videos below for examples.
A: Our container homes can be shipped on a regular "Hot Shot" style flatbed slide-off trailer towed by a 3/4 Ton or 1 Ton pickup truck. Forklift or crane removal at the site is recommended if placing the home in a tight or challenging location that a tilt bed slide-off trailer cannot access. Tiny Homes On Wheels are shipped with a 3/4 to 1-ton pickup truck. Leveling the home and connection to your utilities may be available for an additional fee.
A: No. You or your contractor will need to oversee the permitting process if a permit is required. We are only offering non-permitted builds, and third-party certified on-wheels type builds. We can work with your contractor to help with the permit process (if permits are required).
A: Mini-splits are super energy efficient ductless heating and cooling systems that allow you to control the temperatures in individual rooms or spaces for greater comfort. We use the latest "Inverter" mini split systems which can operate in very cold and extremely warm outside temperatures and are whisper quiet.
A: Yes. We can install additional insulation for an added cost if the home will be located in a cold climate.
A: If you have a custom floorplan design idea sketch or other custom feature ideas, feel free to contact us with them, and if we can build it we will prepare a quote to include them in your build.
A: Yes! From time to time we have model homes that you can view by appointment during business hours. We also have builds in progress or completed builds to view. We are located in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
A: We provide a 6-month limited warranty against defects in our workmanship and a 12-month warranty for structural defects caused by our workmanship. Any manufacturer warranties on new components or appliances may also be available.

Many of our factory employees have 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.
We stock 15" x 15" x 5" and 20" x 20" x 5" precast concrete pads for use in placing your container home or tiny home. These pads are usually placed under the corners of your container home or under the wheels or the corner leveling jacks of your trailer. These can usually be shipped out with your home.
