You will need to place a refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price to reserve the home. You will need to sign the reservation agreement and purchase contract.

These homes have a limited number of upgrades and options to choose from. We will notify you approximately 10 days prior to the completion date of the home for you to pay for the upgrades you selected so that we can install the upgrades in the home prior to your walk around inspection. (Example: Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Solar Off Grid system, etc..)

Approximately 7 days prior to completing the home we will schedule your walk-around inspection of the completed home. You can also perform the inspection via a live face time video call with someone from our team. We will review the shipper's final bid price and available shipping dates with you at this time.

Within 3 days of completing your walk around inspection, you will need to wire the balance of your funds to complete the purchase.

We will work with the shipper and if needed, the crane company to deliver and place the home. You will need to take delivery of the home within 21 days of completing your purchase.
